I recently got my parents a brand new Samsung LN-T4053H 40 inch LCD on their silver jubilee anniversary. This high quality television set offers an unmatchable sleek structure and design and is by far the best 720p panels available. Being a successor of the LNS-4051D, this set provides a highly updated and latest cosmetic design, hidden speakers, 3 HDMI connections, contrasting ratio of 8000:1 and side A/V inputs.
Also the Video Enhancer, Digital Natural Image engine by Samsung helps tremendously in refining all the analog wideband video inputs and NTSC in order to enjoy a great enhancement in the picture quality. This enhancer also helps a lot in improving the white level, contrast and picture detail along with incorporating the noise reduction so that improved quality video is achieved. Also, the 3D Y/C comb filter continuously studies the 3 aspects of picture width, picture changes and picture height in order to drastically lower down the edge picture artifacts along with improving the transition detail.
The high definition surround sound quality is another plus point that totally bowled me when I got this Samsung television set. The advanced technology of SRS TruSurround XT is simply amazing and delivers strong bass via the hidden speakers. Also this Surround system incorporates other three enhancements in order to provide a fantastically mesmerizing sound experience.
